The Accrington Pipe Band at Marsh Mill Square

Fylde C.A.P. have been working to promote the square at the historic Marsh Mill as a centre for music and dance in the Wyre.

Working and performing at this historic and beautiful site is ultimately a pleasure. We have organised our music and arts festival in August at the Bank Holiday. We have also, with the support of Wyre Development Art Officer and Melrose Investments, begun a series of musical Sundays at the Marsh Mill.

This year, one group of musicians has formed a band for the first time and come to the Mill Square. They have been meeting regularly at a Fleetwood pub to play together. Now their virtuosity is available for all to enjoy. We refer to the Fleetwood musicians' collective, known now as the Marsh Millohs - look for them on the events page.
